We had a really lovely stay at Mermaid Cottage. It's in an excellent location. Under five minutes walk to nearly all the cafes, restaurants, pubs, beaches and shops, but in a private lane which was always quiet. Parking was easy. Loved the interior. Exactly as in the photos. Everything was very clean and felt new. The host has thought of everything you might need and the welcome goodies and fresh flowers were really appreciated. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

Mermaid Cottage is a lovely place to stay to explore Teignmouth and the surrounding areas. Well located in town means you can easily walk to most things. The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard and is a really comfortable stay! Well stocked with all the things that make it feel like a home from home. We were a family with two dogs and a toddler, it worked really well for us!

Mermaid Cottage gets a 5 star rating from me! Beautiful cottage, so tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Perfect location, a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Parking no issue at all with the parking permit that we could use to cover all local car parks. Ideal location to explore the Devon villages and Dartmoor. Lisa provided lots of useful information. Had such a great week.

If you want a lovely holiday, you won't beat this gorgeous cottage. Conveniently placed for easy access to everything you would need. Beautiful decor, comfy beds and nice and quiet but central. Very good communication with the host too.

Absolutely lovely cottage Lisa. Great hospitality, very good location. It’s already been passed by our family in the area who will definitely be recommending you to their friends as I will do to our family and friends. A great place to stay.

We would fully recommend this AirBnB as the finishing touches really shows how Lisa looks after her guests. All you have to do is rock up with your clothes as Lisa looks after everything else - particular if you have your hound with you. Brilliant place to stay. Welcoming gifts were a real treat and very pleased with the dog friendly accommodation. Was a real pleasure to stay in Teign Street.
